All relevant documents, including Registration Certificate, audited financial reports, cash book, ledgers, vouchers, receipts, minutes book of the General Body/Committee meetings, by-laws of the Cooperative Group Housing Society, etc. are maintained by the Managing Committee/office as per Delhi Cooperative Societies guidelines.
